  1. My favorite breakfast at the White Gull is Eggs Benedict and splitng an order of their fantastic hash browns with my wife. Best I've ever had!

Friends have called us crazy but ever so often (usually once or twice a year) we will get up early and drive to Fish Creek for breakfast ... a 400 mile round trip. After eating we spend the rest of the day driving around and shopping. That was in the days before $3.50+ gas but it's still worth the expense to do it every once in a while. See you in June.

  3. My absolute favorite breakfast in Door County is White Gull Inn Cherry and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast, and of course their hash brown potatoes~ yum! They have a beautiful cookbook you can purchase that has all their best recipes- including their famous Montmorency Cherry Coffeecake, which I have made at home many times with rave reviews. Can't wait to visit next month!

  4. Thanks for posting, Sage! We can't help but to eat at The White Gull Inn! Also for breakfast in town, try Pelletier's and The Cookery - also great places.

We always enjoy our meals at The White Gull Inn - and we like walking down to Sunset Park at the end of the road to skip stones or take pictures.

  5. My husband and I absolutely love the White Gull Inn! We are there every morning for breakfast when we come to beautiful Door County to celebrate our anniversary in October. We will not eat anywhere else because the food is delicious and the service friendly!
