Just in . . . Casey's


Just arrived - ordered ribs, so let's see. Hey, I just saw "Wheels" cooking in the kitchen! You might remember him making great pizzas at Digger's in Fish Creek for over 20 years!
Meats here are smoked.
Ribs: smoked, so not the boiled kind - good flavor, great sauce.
Prime rib sandwich - tender and flavorful, with a Jack Daniels reduction sauce - nice!
So far so good!

    My wife and I were also at Casey's last Wednesday afternoon. We had ribs and the brisket, both were delicious and melted in our mouths.
