Sanger Named Door County Realtor® of the Year

Jamie Sanger, Regional Manager of the Sturgeon Bay, Egg Harbor and Fish Creek Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group offices in Door County, was named Realtor of the year for 2014 by the Door County Board of Realtors®.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison, Sanger began her real estate career as an office administrator with a large real estate brokerage. She obtained her real estate license in 1986 and entered the sales arena, specializing in new home construction. In 1991 she was offered a

managerial position working in the Training & Education Department and was later named Executive Recruiter for the 36-office firm. In the summer of 1998, she seized an opportunity to purchase an existing real estate franchise in Egg Harbor. In 2001, she earned the prestigious CRB designation. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS and a past Director of the Great North Broker Council.

In 2007, she joined forces with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group as Regional Manager with three offices and 29 agents. She is committed to managing and growing a professional and successful real estate company and encourages all her agents to further their education by pursuing professional certificates and designations. She also nurtures their participation in the Door County Board of Realtors® (DCBR) and WRA committees and boards, recognizing their contributions to the real estate industry. She is an active member of the Door County Board of REALTORS, an officer on the MLS Board and has served on various DCBR committees. She has participated in and supported all WRA and DCBR activities including the membership meetings, annual golf outing and the WRA convention. She is an active member of the TREG Foundation, which provides support for charitable organizations including United Way of Door County.

Scott Bader has once again been named Top Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group’s entire Door County Division.  Bader was also named #1 Sales Associate for the company’s Fish Creek office and was awarded the coveted Pinnacle Award from Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group for selling in excess of $8 million in real estate in 2014.

MaryKay Shumway, who also works out of the Fish Creek office, also earned the coveted Pinnacle Award from Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group for sales production in 2014.

In addition to the Pinnacle Award, Bader and Shumway both qualified as Senior Associate of The Real Estate Group which earned them, and their spouses, all-expense paid trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic January 16-24.

Jill Clement is the Top Sales Associate for The Real Estate Group’s Egg Harbor office, an accomplishment repeated for a second year in a row.

Linda Adams, another multi-million dollar producer, was named Top Sales Associate for The Real Estate Group’s Sturgeon Bay office.
