Liberty Square in Egg Harbor is re-opening for the 2012 season on Wednesday May 16^th.

Liberty Square is home to The Bistro Bar and Grille, featuring classic American Food, and Galileo’s Restaurant, specializing in Italian Food.

A full palette of beer, wine, and cocktails, is available in both restaurants.

The Liberty Square Shops, a series of interconnected retail spaces, offering a variety of products, will also re-open at the same time.

Liberty Square is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast begins at 8:00 a.m. The retail shops open at 10:00 a.m.

To introduce Galileo’s to the public the restaurant is offering a free glass of wine or beer to any customer from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. any day at the bar until the end of May.  Just ask for Dale who will be very happy to serve you.

Come in and say hello and enjoy a free glass of wine or beer in a delightful and relaxing environment with very friendly service.

Door County Candy Celetrates 16 Years!  How Sweet it is!

SWEET 16 Anniversary, 16 years of sweets and treats. A new fashioned candy store with well of over 2000 treats for the kid in everyone. A "must see" according to a recent post on their Facebook page

Trio Restaurant In 20th Season!

We just chatted with Jerry and Ron, owners of Trio, and they reminded us that Trio Restaurant is now in its 20th Season!

That is just fantastic!  They do it right!  Trio now offers a 3 course prixe fixe menu Monday - Wednesdays, between 5PM (opening) and 6:30PM, which includes a house salad, choice of entree and choice of dessert for $21.95. That's a nice offering at a good price, in our opinion.    Awesome!

The Nicks playing at The Cookery

(April 20, 2012 – Fish Creek) – The Cookery is kicking off its’ music season with The Nicks on Thursday, May 10 at 7 p.m. The Nicks, a local favorite, are a guitar and mandolin duo performing an eclectic mix of music.

The Nicks will be playing in The Cookery’s wine bar. The appetizer, small plate, and dessert menu as well as the beer and wine list will be available. There is no cover charge.

 

The Cookery is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant and wine bar are located at 4135 Highway 42, Fish Creek.

Breakfast Served Daily at The Cookery

(April 17, 2012 – Fish Creek) -  The Cookery is excited to announce that it will be serving breakfast again daily. “Customers told that they miss us for breakfast on weekdays, so we listened and are now offering breakfast everyday,” Dick Skare, owner of the restaurant, said.

Breakfast will be served 8 a.m. to noon. The menu includes customer favorites such as granola French toast, buttermilk pancakes, omelets and buttermilk biscuits with house made jam.

Take out coffee and bakery including caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls and cherry scones will be available from the lobby.
